Responsibilities
* Lead project planning and delivery from commencement to completion
* Manage design coordination, RFIs, variations, and project documentation
* Monitor project costs, forecasting, reporting, and productivity
* Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and site activities
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
* Support and mentor junior engineering staff
* Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
Requirements
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* First Aid Certificate
* Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention Training
* Asbestos Awareness Training
* Ability to obtain required site-specific inductions and certifications
* Australian work rights
