Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Perioperative Registered Nurse to join our clinical team on a full-time basis.
This role involves working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes.
* Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care.
* Ensure the theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgery.
* Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complications.
* Deliver education and support to patients for the management of their recovery.
* Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses on shift.
About You
You will have:
* A genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care.
* Solid experience in Anaesthetic nursing.
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or similar.
* Scrub Scout experience would be advantageous.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* A team player that thrives in a fast-paced day surgery environment.
