Ecological Leadership Role
As a Principal Ecologist, you will drive ecological impact while delivering transformative outcomes for the environment and Indigenous communities.

Requirements:
* Expertise: A degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded) and at least 7 years of experience in ecological consulting or conservation.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, oversee complex projects, and drive business growth with a focus on quality, innovation, and social responsibility.
* Cultural Competence: Strong willingness to engage respectfully with Indigenous communities, aligning with our social objectives and Indigenous ownership.
