Sales Associate – Lead Generation / CRM Management / Tech Curious / 1–3 Years Sales Experience / Brisbane

We're working exclusively with a well-backed Australian start-up building innovative robotics and automation solutions for industrial and commercial environments. The business is scaling fast and now needs a junior Sales Associate to help fuel its pipeline from the ground up. You'll be joining a team that's technically brilliant and commercially ambitious, with strong founder leadership and a product that's already proven in-market.
Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential leads
* Cold outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn
* Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior team
* Maintain clean records in CRM
* Contribute to broader GTM campaigns, events and tradeshows
* Support the transition to a more scalable sales system
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of commercial or retail sales experience required
* Proven experience with outbound communication (calls/emails)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* CRM experience
* Based in Brisbane and open to working onsite 5 days per week
* Motivated to break into tech sales and work your way up
* Exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, or technical product environments
* Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
