Hotel Attendant Role Overview
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards.
* Vacuum rooms and corridors in a timely manner.
* Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities according to company guidelines.
* Perform regular deep cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are clean and hygienic.
* Restock and maintain trolley on a daily basis to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Report missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and arrange for replacement or repair as necessary.
* Ensure all equipment inside and around guest rooms and in work areas is in working condition at all times.
* Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation to ensure a safe working environment.
* Carry out lost property procedures in accordance with hotel policies.
* Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships across the hotel.
