The Details
As a Clinical Manager, you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day running of a dental practice, focusing on clinical governance and team leadership. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and rostering clinical staff, including dentists and dental assistants.
Overseeing clinical protocols to ensure strict compliance with industry standards.
Managing inventory, equipment, and supply orders to support seamless operations.
Handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including patient queries and bookings.
Working closely with the practice owner or partners to achieve practice goals and deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Highly organised and proactive, with an eye for detail and process improvement.
An exceptional communicator with a calm and professional demeanour.
Experienced in clinical management or a leadership dental assisting role within a dental practice.
