Digital Marketing Specialist – Keyton
You will be joining Keyton's Marketing & Corporate Affairs team on a 7‐month fixed‐term contract to support the delivery and optimisation of our digital channels and campaigns during a key period of activity.
Reporting to the Digital Channels Manager, you'll plan, coordinate and execute digital marketing activity across our owned and paid channels, working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver seamless digital experiences that support commercial outcomes, customer engagement and brand consistency.
This role balances execution and optimisation and is ideal for someone who enjoys building, launching, testing and continuously improving.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Digital planning & execution
* Coordinate and deliver website and digital channel updates, including copy, landing pages, forms, surveys and event pages
* Build, test and launch digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels
* Coordinate digital assets and templates across website, EDM and paid media
* Guide external media agency partners on SEM requirements and campaign objectives
* Support rollout of technical website enhancements in partnership with IT
* Plan and deliver multi‐channel customer nurture campaigns informed by data and insights
* Review performance and user behaviour to recommend and implement channel optimisations that improve CX, UX, leads and ROI
* Measurement, reporting & insight
* Track campaign performance and customer interaction data across channels
* Support benchmarking, reporting and performance evaluation
* Present campaign results, insights and optimisation recommendations to stakeholders
* Stakeholder collaboration
* Act as a trusted digital specialist for marketing and broader business stakeholders
* Manage timelines with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely, high‐quality delivery
* Support upskilling and enablement of team members in digital self‐service where appropriate
* Work within budget and delegated authority
* Ensure legal approvals, brand guidelines and best‐practice standards are met across all digital activity
About you:
* Degree qualification in Marketing or a related discipline, with a strong digital focus
* 5+ years' experience in a similar digital marketing role
* Hands‐on experience with a CMS (Kentico or similar cloud‐based platforms desirable)
* Strong capability in digital performance marketing, analytics and optimisation
* Experience planning and executing customer nurture and EDM programs
* Confidence using tools such as GA4, heat‐mapping, reporting dashboards and DAM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven stakeholder engagement experience
* Strong time management, attention to detail and problem‐solving capability
* Practical experience using AI tools (including Copilot or similar) to drive efficiency and quality

Important Conditions
The successful applicant must complete a Police Check and will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between May and November, with supporting documentation prior to joining.
