Job Description
The mandate is clear: drive growth, build capability, and elevate the commercial footprint nationally. This is a strategic leadership position, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with full ownership of:
* National sales performance and results
* Leadership of BDMs and internal sales
* Lead and energise a national sales team
* Drive new business across OEM and aftermarket channels
* Identify and win new customers and industry segments
* Expand into new regions, including building out markets from the ground up
* Develop strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs and industrial contractors Asset owners across key sectors
* Partner closely with engineering and operations to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
