Electronics Assembler Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Assembler to join our team in Brisbane. This role will involve working with a dynamic and growing organization to deliver high-quality products to customers.
As an Electronics Assembler, you will play a vital role in completing manufacturing tasks for the Cochlear Implant System while meeting productivity and quality requirements. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a fantastic team at Cochlear's Brisbane operations on Helen Street in Newstead.
The successful candidate will have experience in manufacturing operator tasks (such as packing, testing, cleaning, washing etc) and hold good written and verbal communication skills. * Australian citizenship or permanent resident of Australia is required due to extensive on the job training this role requires full, unlimited working rights.
* Good written and verbal communication skills are essential as this role requires diligently following verbal instructions as well as written documents that provide clear and precise steps to carry out different tasks.
* Ability to follow processes and work within a team environment towards a common goal.
* Ability to wear manufacturing garments to ensure manufacturing practices adhere to quality standards and ensure product safety.
* Experience in manufacturing operator tasks is ideal.
You will be initially allocated on one of our fixed shift patterns. The shift times are:
* Day shift – 6:24 am – 2:30 pm
* Afternoon shift – 2:24 pm – 10:30 pm
This role is located on 12 Helen St Teneriffe QLD 4005 please note onsite parking is not available.
