Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Administration Officer to join their Australind team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting multiple departments and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Daily Tasks:
* Provide day to day administrative support for the Administration, Sales and Transport teams
* Managing contractor and customer enquiries via phone, email, and at the front counter
* Supporting the Sales team, Human Resources, and Supervisors
* Maintaining office filing systems and records
* Processing invoices and purchases, and monitoring uniform stock levels
* Handling delivery dockets and sales receipts
* Preparing and submitting quotes
* Maintaining product inventory and stock databases
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience with MYOB Accounting Software (preferred)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
* Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
* Valid working rights in Australia
