The role
* Provide person-centred, evidence-based care to residents in a residential setting
* Deliver preventative, curative, restorative, palliative support to residents and their families
* Conduct assessments, gaining data which can be used to develop plans of care
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA
* Strong clinical skills - ideally within Aged Care
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
