We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of insurance products within insurance portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping customer‐centric insurance solutions that align with regulatory requirements and market trends.
Skills required
* Insurance expertise: Strong knowledge of general insurance products, pricing, and distribution channels.
* Product management experience: Proven track record in managing end‐to‐end product lifecycles.
* Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, market insights, and financial metrics to guide decisions.
* Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with Australian insurance regulations and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Product strategy: Define and execute product roadmaps for insurance offerings (motor, home, commercial, specialty lines).
* Market research: Analyze insurance market trends, competitor products, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
* Product development: Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and digital teams to design and launch innovative insurance products.
* Compliance and risk: Ensure products meet APRA, ASIC, and other regulatory standards while managing risk exposure.
* Stakeholder management: Partner with internal teams, brokers, and external stakeholders to drive product success.
* Performance monitoring: Track product KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements where needed.
