About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls, greeting visitors in a friendly manner when necessary.
* Conduct regular and routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence and coordinating periodical reports.
* Maintain the Site Pass System by monitoring visitor and supplier access, ensuring site security and compliance.
* Complete financial and general administration duties including accounts payable and receivable functions, data entry, and document management.
* Provide administrative support to all departments, assisting with day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
* Manage customer and contractor management systems, ensuring accurate records and efficient communication.
* Assist with report preparation for management, providing timely and reliable information.
On-site Health and Safety is also an essential part of this role.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office applications.
* High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred but not essential.
