To support this work, we're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who can blend hands on delivery with strategic partnering and support leaders through a series of upcoming organisational changes. In this role you'll work closely with senior stakeholders across their corporate functions, helping shape structures, guide change activity and support capability shifts as the organisation modernises.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior stakeholders to drive organisational change and transformation.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business performance.
* Provide expert advice to leaders on people-related issues.
* Manage organisational change and restructuring programs.
We're looking for a confident and commercially minded HR practitioner with experience navigating complex environments, advising senior leaders and managing organisational change or restructuring. Someone who can cut through noise, interpret what is happening across the system and provide clear, grounded people insight.
Requirements
* Proven experience in HR Business Partnership.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to navigate complex environments and drive change.
