Technician Role Summary
We are seeking skilled Technicians to join our team. These individuals will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic, mechanical, and optical systems.
This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic, mechanical, and optical components and systems.
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and engineering drawings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Support with wire harness assembly.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
* Utilise diagnostic tools and software to analyse and interpret data for troubleshooting purposes.
* Document test results, maintenance activities, and repair actions in accordance with company procedures.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
* Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members as needed.
