About the Role
The Dispatch & Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless movement of product and information across all channels. From coordinating high-value shipments to managing the day-to-day rhythm of the head office, this position is central to operational excellence.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in precision, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and understands the importance of delivering luxury through every stage of the process.
Dispatch & Logistics
* Pick, pack, and process retail, wholesale, and eCommerce orders with accuracy and care.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams regarding orders and shipping.
* Prepare and manage export and customs documentation.
* Coordinate with production teams to ensure all garments are quality checked before dispatch.
* Monitor shipping performance and proactively address any delays.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with freight and courier providers.
Inventory & Office Management
* Coordinate returns and manage packaging inventory levels.
* Maintain accurate stock data and product information within Shopify.
* Oversee warehouse organization and lead stocktakes across head office and retail locations.
* Manage day-to-day office operations and support the wider team as needed.
* 1+ year of experience in a logistics, dispatch, or operations role.
* Background in order fulfilment or customer service.
* Familiarity with Shopify and freight management systems.
* Exceptional organisation, accuracy, and a sense of urgency.
* A confident communicator who loves problem‑solving and collaboration.
