Administration Support Officer
Location: Adelaide
Pay Rate: $32-$36 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: 3-Month Assignment (potential to go permanent)

Excel Recruitment is seeking an Administration Support Officer on behalf of our client in Adelaide. This role offers on-the-job training and the chance to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception duties: phone, email, and visitor management
- General administration: filing, data entry, document handling
- Support the Personal Assistant with scheduling and calendar management
- Finance/admin tasks: invoice processing, data entry, reconciliations (Zero experience desirable)
- Receive goods and enter related data
- Manage mailboxes, calendars, phones, and general office communication
Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Requirements
- Previous admin or office support experience
- Zero experience desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- National Police Clearance desirable
- Proficient in MS Office
