As a Parts Interpreter, you will perform administration duties and respond to all customer and workshop enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret van and light truck parts whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
Interpreting FUSO, Mercedes Truck, Freightliner & All makes parts catalogues
Processing invoices and quotations
Provide effective and efficient customer service and product advice on parts
Opportunity to eventually learn about the sales aspect of this role and be able to navigate conversations regarding selling more parts to customers
Requirements:
Need to have an experience and / or understanding of truck parts and be able to guide clients based on requirements
About you:
A good mechanical / parts understanding
Respond efficiently and effectively to all customer and workshop enquiries
Good administration and organisational skills
Enjoy working in an energetic environment
Excellent attention to detail with good written and verbal skills
Reliable and punctual person with a "Can Do Approach"
A valid Australian driver's license
Background in the auto industry would be an added bonus
