About the Role
Lake Imaging, part of Integral Diagnostics (IDX) Group, is seeking an aspiring or experienced MRI Radiographer to step into a leadership opportunity based in Ballarat. You will operate 1.5T and 3T Siemens MRI scanners within a busy St John of God Hospital site, work closely with radiologists and specialist referrers across advanced neuro, body imaging, cardiac studies, and with pacemakers/stimulators and sedation patients. Beyond technical delivery, you will lead people, refine protocols, and foster a high‐performing team environment, supported by national quality assurance forums, clinical collaboration groups, and ongoing implant and subspecialty training.

You are an aspiring or experienced MRI Radiographer with a passion for leadership, collaboration, and delivering high‐quality patient care.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in MRI Radiography
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
* Proven ability to contribute to, or lead, a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
* Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent)
* Postgraduate qualifications in MRI (highly desirable)
* Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to mentor, support, and develop team members
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
