Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for desktop, network, and EUC issues.
This is a casual, on-call position with ad-hoc dispatch requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle desktop and network problems efficiently
* Install and upgrade Operating Systems ensuring seamless transitions
* Apply patches and perform hardware/software break-fixes promptly
* Configure LAN, WAN, switches, and routers (CCNA or higher certification preferred)
* Install and administer MS Office software
Requirements:
* Proven experience in desktop and network troubleshooting
* Able to install OS and patches without issues
* Knowledge of WiFi and basic network concepts
* Ability to carry standard tools and connect to Cisco routers using console cables
* Excellent business English and local language skills
Tools Required:
* Laptop with Windows 8/10 and admin rights
* Cisco console cable and necessary drivers
* Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server, screwdriver set, internet data card
