Our Opportunity We’re looking for motivated Dental Assistants / Receptionists to join our friendly nib Melbourne team. Located just 5 minutes from Flinders Street Station, our modern 10‑chair practice offers all the convenience of inner‑city living and a supportive, team‑focused environment dedicated to excellent patient care. You’ll work across both reception and dental assisting, serving as the welcoming face of our centre. You’ll manage bookings, payments and provide excellent service, while also supporting chair‑side procedures and sterilisation. Whether your background is dental or medical/allied health reception, we’ll support you to grow within a collaborative team environment. Your Skills and Attributes Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring: Experience as a Receptionist and/or Dental Assistant across chair-side and sterilisation is advantageous Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols A caring, team-focused approach to patient care Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards NOTE: We are always reviewing applications and hiring for talent across our centres.
