The Role
We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.
Your key responsibilities include:
o Achieving sales targets
o Manage and motivate a sales team
o Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
o Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
o Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
o Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members
You must:
o Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
o Have extensive club management experience (essential)
o Be results driven
o Have experience managing staff and budgets
o Have a passion for health and fitness
o SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
