Receptionist – Casual | Immediate Start
Location: Tuggeranong
Rate: $71,875.75 per year
Additional: Meal allowance in the form of points to use in the club.
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join our team at our Tuggeranong venue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.
About the Role:
As the Receptionist, you will welcome guests, manage phone calls and correspondence, maintain the reception area, and assist with a range of administrative tasks. Your role is key in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a positive first impression for members, guests, and staff.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
* Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
* Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with stationery and materials
* Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
* Maintain office security procedures and monitor visitor access
* Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
About You:
* Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Assistant
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Confident using office equipment (printer, fax, phone systems)
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Must hold a valid RSA and RCG certificate
