**About the role at Bank of Queensland**
The purpose of this role is to develop and implement models used to make decisions about risk management, investments and pricing opportunities for the Interest Rate Risk team within Treasury. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and will assist the development of structured data sets, reporting and documentation of process/controls.
**Seniority**

**Responsibilities**
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation - Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimize or eliminate them to ensure the organization operates in a safe and sustainable manner
- Risk Management Policies and Procedures - Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization
- Risk Identification and Assessment - Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks, and develop strategies to manage and mitigate these risks
