Salary: From $34.58 per hour + 25% casual loading (Level 2 – Victorian Disability Services (NGO) Agreement 2019)

What you'll do
* Support clients in a range of meaningful activities, including arts & crafts, community access, games, movies, adventure-based learning, and more.
* Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, hygiene, and meal support.
* Promote community inclusion by identifying opportunities based on client interests.
* Encourage participation in community activities with support ratios between 1:1 and 1:4.
* Help build physical health, communication skills, teamwork, self-confidence, and overall wellbeing.
* Maintain program documentation, file notes, and other required records.
What you'll bring
* Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
