Job Description:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you are responsible for providing administrative assistance to patients and their families upon their arrival at the hospital. Your role involves a range of tasks, including admission scheduling, patient management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage admission scheduling processes to ensure effective bed allocation
* Coordinate pre-booking and fund checking processes for patients
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls to the front desk
* Provide accurate information to queries from patients, visitors, and staff
* Compile and manage patient admission papers and claim forms
Requirements:
1. A strong administrative skillset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite of programs
3. Experience in a medical setting, although not essential
4. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
