We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our team in Northern NSW. As a key member of our multidisciplinary health care team, you will play a vital role in providing high quality clinical paediatric speech pathology services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, treat and manage paediatric speech, language and swallowing disorders.
* Lead and collaborate with allied health professionals to develop and implement integrated care plans.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
* Participate in clinical supervision, quality improvement activities and continuous professional development.
* Contribute to community outreach and education initiatives in the local area.
Required Qualifications:
* Registered Speech Pathologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
* Minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in paediatric services.
* Evidence of professional development and commitment to ongoing learning.
* Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
