About The Role
The Philanthropy Relationship Manager – South East Queensland will build meaningful relationships that support LifeFlight's life‐saving emergency and aeromedical services across Queensland. In this community‐focused role, you will work closely with donors, sponsors, Regional Advisory Council members, ambassadors, and community stakeholders to grow philanthropic support and strengthen community engagement. You will connect with people, identify opportunities, and create lasting partnerships to drive fundraising success and expand LifeFlight's impact. The role offers a mix of relationship management, donor stewardship, and fundraising strategy across major gifts, corporate partnerships, workplace giving, and bequests. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will help shape supporter experiences, grow strategic partnerships, and contribute to initiatives that make a genuine difference in communities every day.
This is a permanent full‐time opportunity based from our Robina office, with regular travel throughout Queensland. A company vehicle will be provided to support travel requirements.
About You
You are a relationship‐focused professional with experience in philanthropy, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, or business development. You are confident building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and engaging supporters in a meaningful and authentic way.
What You Will Bring
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience building and managing meaningful supporter or client relationships
* Experience working on major capital fund campaigns
* The ability to identify opportunities and contribute to fundraising or business development outcomes
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Eligibility & Requirements
A current Queensland Driver Licence and willingness to travel and attend events outside standard business hours are required.
Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or have unrestricted work rights in Australia. A national police check will be required.
