Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager located in Rockhampton, QLD, with some flexibility to work from home. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil, mining, and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; liaising with clients and stakeholders; coordinating logistics and inspections; and supervising expediting and procurement. The role requires effective communication and leadership to maintain project efficiency and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Project Management practices and tools, with experience in overseeing project deliverables and timelines.
* Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Experience in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
* Expertise in Logistics Management to coordinate the movement and allocation of resources efficiently.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote work.
* Experience in civil, mining, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
