Proven experience delivering a wide variety of technically challenging, major construction projects.
They focus on a range of projects in the health, defence, aged care, industrial, retail, and commercial sectors.
They are currently looking for a Snr Design Manager to join the business, leading a team of 3 x Design Manager, this role will be focused on the front-end space.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Snr Design Manager/Design Manager in commercial building.Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.Experience working directly for a main contractor/commercial builder on design & construct projects.Previous health care/hospital experience is highly desirable.Ability to lead, manage and mentor a team.Proven experience with ECI's is essential.Strong technical skills with value engineering, buildability, risk mitigation, budgets and programme control.Local experienced is preferred with existing relationships with a range of consultants.
