Laboratory Assistant – Regional Services (Permanent, Full‐time, Part‐time, Casual, Fixed‐term, Contract)
PathWest Laboratory Medicine WA is committed to excellence in pathology testing, teaching and research. The role supports the delivery of routine, complex and rare laboratory services across Western Australia.
Responsibilities
Under direction and supervision, the Laboratory Assistant will:
* Assist in specimen collection, registration of data and routine laboratory duties.
* Support laboratory operations to ensure accurate and efficient test processing.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Applicants must:
* Possess a valid working visa for fixed‐term appointments or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or holder of a visa that allows indefinite residence for permanent appointments.
* Undergo a criminal records screening and integrity check, and where required a Working With Children Check and Pre‐Employment Health Assessment.
* Be able to demonstrate integrity and ethical behaviour throughout the application process.
