This role is split across two primary focus areas:Campaign Planning & Acquisition: Planning new always-on and seasonal marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to support member acquisition.CRM & Retention: Executing the CRM and member engagement strategy to improve the member experience, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.The ideal candidate is experienced in campaign planning and CRM communications, able to coordinate stakeholders, optimise workflows, and enhance the marketing team’s impact.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Operations & CRM Manager with some work-from-home flexibility. You will be the operational heartbeat of our marketing team, leading the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (always-on and seasonal), and owning lifecycle CRM programs that engage, retain, and delight our growing member base.
