Responsibilities
* Help residents with daily life: making sure they feel heard, comfortable and well‐fed.
* Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
* Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
* Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments.
* Be a friend to residents.
* Ensure residents' privacy and dignity are respected.
Qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in residential aged care preferred.
Strong personal care skills supporting daily living activities.
Understanding of safe manual handling and infection control.
Compassionate, reliable team player with strong communication skills.
