As we continue to scale through organic growth and acquisitions, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Performance Manager to lead our sales teams, drive revenue growth and create a world‐class sales culture.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional Sales Manager role. We are looking for a leader who can build people, create accountability, improve performance and drive revenue across multiple trade divisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop high‐performing field and inside sales teams
* Conduct one‐on‐ones, performance reviews and ride‐alongs
* Own sales performance across Plumbing, Roofing, Electrical, HVAC and Renovations
* Drive revenue growth through improved conversion rates and average ticket values
* Lead weekly pipeline, forecast and sales review meetings
* Manage and develop the Inside Sales Representative
* Oversee quote follow‐up, aged quote recovery and database reactivation
* Drive finance utilisation and customer payment solutions
* Monitor KPIs, scorecards and performance metrics
* Provide feedback and recommendations on pricing, sales tools and processes
* Review and approve team timesheets
* Review and approve leave requests
* Drive the Service Partner Program and referral opportunities
* Recruit, onboard and develop future sales talent
