Job Description
Ensure all quality assurance processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to maintain product excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the factory to optimise work flows.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance across the 2 manufacturing operations.
Analyse quality data and generate reports for management review.
Provide training to staff on quality standards and best practices.
Address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
