In this role you will gain valuable industry exposure, develop a deep understanding of valuation compliance, and build practical experience that can open doors in property, finance or regulatory pathways.
What You Will Be Doing
* Reviewing property valuation reports for compliance.
* Checking reports against industry standards and lender‐specific requirements.
* Determining if reports can be submitted or need corrections.
* Processing a high volume of reports daily in a structured, task‐focused environment.
Job Qualifications
* Essential – A sharp eye for detail; accuracy is second nature.
* Essential – Comfort with structured, repetitive tasks; pride in consistency and quality.
* Essential – Ability to focus independently; productive without constant oversight.
* Essential – Process‐driven mindset; enjoyment of following clear guidelines and frameworks.
* Preferred – No formal qualifications required, but ideal for:
o Students currently studying property valuation (counts toward 3 months of required 12‐month industry experience).
o Individuals looking to enter property, compliance, or financial services through a focused, non‐client‐facing role.
