Overview
Multinational Account Executive – Sydney, NSW / Melbourne, VIC. AXA XL is looking for an insurance professional to service Multinational clients across multiple lines of business, including Marine and Financial Lines, in Australia. The role will include servicing large and complex projects. The right candidate will draw on a strong background in insurance knowledge and administration skills. You will have the support of experienced colleagues in the Multinational Solutions team who are collaborative and solutions-focused. It is important to be visible and approachable to underwriters and brokers, with effective verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
You will report to the Team Lead – Multinational Solutions Team, Sydney, Australia.
What you'll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
* Become the Subject Matter Expert for all matters Multinational.
* Collaborate with offshore teams that provide processing and credit control services.
* Develop deep knowledge of systems and processes and stay updated with new guidelines.
* Build meaningful relationships with colleagues globally.
* Monitor financial bookings accuracy via reports.
* At the request of Underwriting, ensure timely and high-quality implementation of mid-term endorsements, issuance of certificates of insurance, and focus on premium collection monitoring (according to processing rules and guidelines, including system data entries).
* Address requests originating from clients/brokers promptly and refer to Underwriters if required.
* Ensure data quality accuracy ratios meet defined metrics.

* Prior experience in corporate insurance, with interest in Multinational Solutions Services / International Policies / Global Programs.
