Job Description:
As a Senior Associate in our Labour, Employment & Workplace Safety group, you will work on advice, transactional and litigation matters across employment, industrial and safety issues. This is a dynamic role that requires complex problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
The team provides expert advice and representation to employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, with a focus on health, sport, construction, banking and education sectors, as well as significant government and public sector work.
We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual who can work collaboratively in a team environment, deliver results under pressure, and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in employment, industrial and safety matters from both a front-end and litigious perspective, excellent organisation and written skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
