Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.The roleTelehealth consultations:Be the conduit that connects the resident to the Physiotherapist, Dietitian and other Allied Health Practitioners (AHP) via Telehealth using MS Teams.Individualised Resident Programs/Interventions:Provide AHP prescribed interventions/therapies such as an exercise program that is supervised by the Physiotherapist.Exercise Group/s:Take residents through general exercise sessions such as a seated exercise class or walking groups and will be equipped with a variety of exercisesWellness Hub Meetings:Participate in interdisciplinary team collaboration to provide the Care Team with a deeper understanding of each referred resident’s clinical situation andLeecare reporting:Complete progress notes following any Telehealth consult and chart any completed exercise programs.Benefits in it for you?Part time fixed roster - 9am to 3pm within the Monday to Friday work week, which is great for those looking to work school hours!
