About the role

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

* Providing a welcoming first point of contact as you meet-and-greet
* Receive, screen and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
* Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
* Managing the day to day running of office, ordering stationery and supplies
* Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
* Assisting in management of the boardrooms including update boardroom calendars and schedule meetings
* Boardroom and kitchen upkeep including packing and unpacking dishwashers, clearing the rubbish bin in the kitchen, etc.
* Performing ad-hoc administration duties such as filing, photocopying, responding to emails and preparing documents
* Provide administrative support
* Assisting the accounts team with data entry
* Performing other duties to help and provide coverage for other staff members whenever in need

About you

The successful candidate will have the following:

* Experience in a similar all-rounder/reception role
* Have a professional and well-spoken phone manner
* Strong ability to prioritise, learn quickly and multitask
* Reliable, friendly, and self-motivated
* Proficiency using MS Office applications
* Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
* The ability to work as part of a team and provide high level support to others within the company
* Have your own transport
* Professional personal presentation

This role will be based at our head office in Bibra Lake, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Corporate uniform is provided.
