Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned automation expert to join our team as a Senior Automation Engineer. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, as well as leading testing efforts across functional, integration, regression, and support UAT phases.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze functional requirements related to superannuation platforms and translate them into detailed test plans and test cases – Both Manual and Automation.
* Lead and execute testing across functional, integration, regression, and support UAT phases.
* Use JIRA and Zephyr for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
* Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
* Automate functional, regression, and integration test cases.
* Conduct API and UI testing using tools (e.g., Postman).
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage.
* Document test results and provide quality reporting to project leads and Test Manager.
* Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support data validation testing for member and investment platforms.
* Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
Requirements
* 10+ years of software testing experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in superannuation or financial services.
* Strong experience in Automation Tool: Tricentis Tosca (Mandatory) – at least 5+ years of work experience.
* Strong manual testing expertise and understanding of QA methodologies.
* Strong understanding of Agile practices and at least 3+ years of working in Agile team.
* Proficiency in JIRA, Zephyr, and other test management tools.
* Familiarity with superannuation concepts, and Investment options.
* Experience with SQL, XML, and data validation techniques.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* ISTQB certification or equivalent.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with automation tools (e.g., Tosca).
