This role plays a critical part in supporting our branch operations—coordinating equipment, managing processes, and ensuring our rental and fleet operations run seamlessly day to day.
About the role
You'll be part of a fast-moving team that backs each other and gets stuck in. At the heart of the role is making sure our fleet is ready to go, every time—clean, compliant, and exceeding customer expectations. From detailing and minor repairs to coordinating check outs, you'll ensure every customer can "hook up and go" without delay. You'll also represent TR on the ground—moving equipment, engaging with customers and suppliers, and taking pride in presenting our fleet at its absolute best.
Key responsibilities
* Quoting customer enquiries – answering queries and problem solving where we can.
* Building strong relationships with customers to meet and exceed expectations.
* Managing rental contracts, paperwork and contract administration, including insurance and payment assistance.
* Assisting with gear readiness: pickup, washing, and detailing of vehicles to ensure they look their best.
* Completing maintenance and repair reporting as required (e.g., light bulbs, mudflaps, etc.).
* Operating in a hammer/tug driving role (HR/MC licence ideal) to move vehicles around the yard and pick up/drop off hire equipment.
* First point of contact on customer arrival to greet, welcome and ensure customers feel comfortable onsite.

* Experience working in team‐centric environments.
* Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership.
* HC/MC driver's licence ideal; training available for the right person.
