Key Duties
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Managing the daily operations of the retail bakery store
* Supervising, training, and supporting sales and front-of-house staff
* Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
* Monitoring stock levels and coordinating ordering requirements
* Managing product displays, presentation, and store merchandising
* Handling customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
* Ensuring sales targets and store performance goals are met
* Managing staff rosters, attendance, and workplace performance
* Maintaining store cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
* Assisting with pricing, promotions, and local store marketing activities

Requirements
Applicants must have:
* Relevant qualification in business, management, retail, hospitality, or similar
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail management or store management
