About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill this critical position. As our Rental Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests, preparing and cleaning our campervans, maintaining them, and monitoring maintenance needs. You'll also register guests and process payments.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Travel enthusiasts with excellent customer service skills
* Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car (desired)
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
* Eligible to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and confident driving a campervan (mandatory)
