Role Overview
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of large-scale mobile mining equipment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate maintenance operations across multiple mine sites.
* Achieve performance and reliability targets through effective planning and resource allocation.
* Oversee safe execution of maintenance activities in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
* Work with the Maintenance Planner to develop forward maintenance schedules, including preventative strategies and improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with all company and site procedures for staff and contractors.
* Provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding equipment performance, downtime, costs, and planned works.
* Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
* Manage personnel requirements including rostering, leave, performance management, and disciplinary actions where necessary.

You are an experienced maintenance professional with a proven track record managing operations and maintenance teams within the mining sector. You're confident in allocating costs, planning service schedules, and ensuring all maintenance activities meet site specific and legislative standards.
