As a Nursing Support Worker, you will deliver higher-level, clinically informed care. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and follow detailed care plans to support participants with complex needs, ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality care. This role requires confidence in managing health-related supports, strong attention to detail, and the ability to respond to changes in participant conditions.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and assess participants' health, escalating changes promptly
* Implement complex care and health management plans
* Support high-intensity care needs
* Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of specialised equipment
* Deliver personal care with a strong clinical awareness and risk management approach
* Work closely with nurses, allied health and other stakeholders
* Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
* Support a structured SIL environment and follow the rhythm of service
Skills & Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or higher – Nursing/Health highly regarded)
* Demonstrated experience in SIL, complex care, or high-intensity supports
* Confidence in medication administration and health-related supports
* Strong understanding of infection control and safe work practices
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to remain calm, responsive, and professional in complex situations
* Current First Aid, Manual Handling and Medication Administration certification
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)
* Valid working rights in Australia
