Overview
Our client seeks Electricians for FIFO work in the Pilbara. On offer is an 8 & 6 roster with the potential of ongoing work. 12 hours paid daily.
About the role
The bulk of the work will be around the Port Hedland area doing BHP Housing maintenance.
* Camp Maintenance for various camps
* Electrical installation and maintenance
* Fault finding and repairs on Electrical Systems
* Following Isolation Procedures
* Switchboard modifications
* Lighting and security upgrades
* GPO and equipment installations
* Cable tray and Conduit installations
* Testing and Commissioning of new installations
* Completion of compliance paperwork and test records
About you
* Trade background with a WA Electrical licence
* BHP inductions will be favourable
* WP High Risk ideal
* LVR and CPR
* Have the ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol testing
* Excellent English and communication skills — written, oral (phone) and in-person — with the confidence to sell a project to clients.
* You must have full Australian work rights to be considered, no sponsorship on offer
