We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales with proven software sales experience, ideally within the energy sector. You will lead the commercial strategy, build high-value customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across Australia, New Zealand, and the US.

Your Responsibilities:
* Leading the software sales strategy
* Driving revenue growth in alignment with business goals
* Managing a small team to drive strategic customer relationships
* Growing an overseas sales team focused on software solutions
* Identifying new opportunities and partnerships within the electricity and software sectors
* Negotiating MOUs and strategic commercial agreements
What You Will Bring:
* 8 – 10 years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership
* Strong background in the electricity utilities sector
* Proven success in software sales, preferably in energy or technical sectors
* Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and build strategic partnerships
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Willingness to travel nationally and occasionally overseas
* Familiarity with the Australian energy market and regulatory landscape
