Amigos Tex Mex is urgently seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Fremantle.
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic manager who is ready to take charge, lead from the front and help create a fun, exciting atmosphere in a lively Mexican restaurant.

Employment: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 per year
Key Duties
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
* Leading, supervising and motivating front‐of‐house staff
* Creating a fun, welcoming and energetic atmosphere for customers
* Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
* Managing bookings, customer enquiries and service flow
* Assisting with staff rostering, training and performance
* Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
* Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering where required
* Ensuring the restaurant is clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards
* Working hands‐on during service to support the team
* Helping drive sales and maintain a strong, positive restaurant culture
Qualifications
* At least 3 years full‐time previous restaurant management experience
* A hands‐on approach to running the floor
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Plenty of energy and enthusiasm
* The ability to motivate staff and deliver great customer serviceA passion for creating a fun, welcoming and exciting Mexican dining experience
