About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a 5+ PQE Lawyer to join our Corporate team, working with Alex Worner on M&A, private equity investments, and cross-border transactions.
About you
To be considered and succeed in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
* 5+ years PQE in corporate advisory or mergers and acquisitions within private practice
* A client-focused approach with a keen interest in achieving great outcomes for clients
* Exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail
* Ability to think independently and learn new concepts quickly
* Participation in activities that build teamwork and relationships
